• Develop and implement a strategic plan for facilities and wastewater maintenance aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure effective machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
• Efficiently manage resources and oversee inventory levels for spare parts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities and wastewater management maintenance roles.
• Proven leadership experience with technical knowledge of machinery operations.
• Relevant certifications in facilities and wastewater maintenance, leadership, and safety protocols.
• Strong strategic planning skills for efficient maintenance operations.
• Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) required with a background in the Jewelry industry as an advantage.
