The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing E-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and staying updated on industry trends.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop E-commerce strategy and execute plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage P&L, media and promotion budget, and monitor E-commerce sales performance vs. KPIs
• Plan and execute all Digital Marketing strategy & implementation including SEO/SEM, and Social Media advertising to drive brand visibility and traffic to E-commerce platforms
• Measure on report performance of all digital marketing campaign and asset against goal (ROI, ROAS, and KPIs)
• Develop and implement E-Commerce plan & campaign to ensure the achievement of objective & target.
• Review new technology and keep the company at the forefront of development in e-commerce
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce channel management (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), SEO and Social Media is preferred.
• Experience in food or FMCG industry would be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, e-commerce trends, best practice, and website analysis.
• Highly analytical and strategic, capable of driving data-driven decisions
