The Accounting & Financial Director will lead and oversee all financial activities, provide strategic financial guidance, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead and oversee all Accounting & financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Manage Accounting & financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Spearhead corporate finance initiatives, including capital raising, debt financing, and financial transactions.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors to support decision-making and drive long-term growth.
• Working closely with external advisors and stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.
• Develop and implement Accounting & financial, policy, legal, improvement and development to ally with the PATKOL Group business.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or Finance related with CPA preferred.
• Above 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance function.
• Experience managing more than 3 companies under company's group in a publicly traded company is preferred.
• Experience managing oversea company is preferred.
• Strong Accounting Process, Audit and having good knowledge in related regulations.
