• จัดอาหารและเสิร์ฟอาหารให้ผู้ป่วยแต่ละมื้อ เช้า กลางวัน เย็น และทำการเก็บถาดอาหารผู้ป่วย
• เคลียร์ถาดอาหารผู้ป่วยจากการเก็บถาด
• ทำผลไม้, ล้างช้อนใส่ช้อน, ตักข้าวสวย ข้าวต้ม โจ๊ก
• สื่อสารกับผู้ป่วยเรื่องการการทานอาหารได้/ไม่ได้,สื่อสารกับวอร์ดเรื่องการเบิก หรืองด หรือยกเลิกอาหาร
• ล้างทำความสะอาดภาชนะและอุปกรณ์ภายในครัวทั้งหมด
• นำอุปกรณ์ที่ล้างเข้าเครื่องอบ
