The SOC Operator at พระราม4 is responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and preparing shift reports.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
•Responsibility to security incidents and report
•Co-Op the security incident with all concerned departments.
•Responsible to monitor security system and equipment. CCTV, Access Control, Alarm system for good functioning and immediately response for all system failures.
•Prepare shift report to SOC supervisor/ SOC Manager.
•Virtual patrolling via CCTV system
•Responsible to operate while receiving Alarm.

•Able to use a Computer/ Workstation fluently.
•Able to work in shifts.
•Ability to work under pressure.
