The HRBP Manager for Export & Overseas provides consultancy to Line Manager & Employee in terms of Human Resources issues, manages & controls human resources operations, plans & executes HR strategy, ensures HR operation practice aligns with company policy, supports business operations, and is responsible for Manpower Planning & Recruitment for the key business unit.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide consultancy to Line Manager & Employee in terms of Human Resources issues
• Manage & control human resources operations
• Plan & execute HR strategy to support business strategy
• Ensure HR operation practice aligns with company policy
• Support operational other roles within the HR team as required
• Ensure hiring team meets their workforce/business needs

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Management or any related field
• 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management Role
• Good command of English communication
• Ability to handle multi-tasks at one time
• Good communication and presentation skills
