The Brand Manager is responsible for brand strategies formulation and implementation to achieve brand objectives on volume, market share, brand equity and profitability.

• Support data-driven strategic planning and assist in annual brand plan development with clear understanding of consumer insights, market intelligence and brand knowledge.
• Lead implementation of local activations and promotions in line with global brand guideline and alignment with business objectives.
• Obtain endorsement on plan and formulate relevant KPIs to track performance.
• Understand the overall profitability of the assigned brand, track and improve effectiveness and efficiencies of activities and resources and able to provide promotion and pricing guidelines.
• Lead regular business performance review and liaise with cross functional team to synergize plan and reflect into demand planning.
• Works closely with regional team on new product development and launches within market when relevant.
• Build relation and business plan with strategic partners, suppliers and industry experts.
• Work with creative and advertising agencies in collaboration with relevant cross functional team to deliver quality and cost-efficiency.
• Develop communication plan across key touchpoints including digital, OOH, events, PR etc. to drive brand equity.
• Supervise and control communication on-trade and off-trade with cross functional team to be in line with brand guideline.
• Manage efficient communication to get best support form internally and externally.
• Lead timely and excellent execution of all marketing activities (ie. digital, OOH, events, visibility, PR) within agreed budget and time.
• Apply global strategies into local-relevant execution.
• Responsible to A&P budget planning, spending, tracking and evaluation of assigned brands with compliance to SOP.
• Set KPI of marketing activities and provide evaluation with recommendation.
• Engage cross functional team to adopt brand activation and synergize into their strategy and activations.
• Supervise creation of sales support materials, design activation and promotion plan to trade marketing.
• Lead the launch of NPD from planning to implementation.
• Monitor and analyze own brand(s)/competitors brands in order to continuously provide insightful recommendations.
• Leverages different sources to understand consumer and customer needs/trends/behaviors, market landscape and competitor movement to generate actionable insights for brand plan and any business recommendation to stakeholders.
• Delver monthly business review with key insights, performance and action plans to direct report and cross functional team.
• Support business review with management team or customer upon request.
• Apply knowledge of insight and market intelligence into activation strategy and plan.
• Involve in research planning and consumer study when needed.
• Gain consumer and customer insight through occasional joint visits to accounts with sales team.
• Supervise and coach Brand Ambassador to deliver their responsibilities and develop business knowledge.
• Able to manage different individuals and personalities toward the collective business objectives.
• Build strong relationships between team and peers locally and globally.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Extensive experience working in multinational company, FMCG, luxury goods, agencies or related fields.
• Fluency in English, computer literacy.
• Knowledge of consumer / luxury products marketing.
• Excellent and effective leadership, counseling, influencing, interpersonal, analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurship, initiative, integrity, and result-orientation.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer/luxury businesses particularly in marketing practices, and related laws.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer behaviors in Thailand.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
