The Tender & Enlisting Manager is responsible for building bidding capability, shaping tenders, and executing tender operations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Build bidding capability among team and CFC through regular customised product technical training for field teams, new hires etc. • Build cross functional tender planning team and align R&RIntegrate into commercial function to support tender planning and execution • Proactively seek market insight and competitive intelligence from hospital customers, CFC, and others and use this insight to drive tender shaping, build product differentiation and optimise tender potential. • Stakeholder engagement (procurement pharmacists, tender committees, GPO, Zuellig), including meetings, symposia and other opportunities to educate on general or product specific technical specifications • Using global tool’s information, conduct analysis on wins and losses, profitability, trends among customers and use this information to work with cross functional teams to segment accounts, define ‘must-win’ tenders, build a tender calendar • Organise cross functional teams to plan major tender bidding, track status of current tenders and follow-up on other tender issues. Monitor tender posting in collaboration with Zuellig to ensure participation in targeted tenders;Supervise staff / prepare tender documents, forms, letters for technical review, etc;Keep records of tender participation, outcomesCreate repository of product specific differentiating specifications and use to educate CFCPlan key activities for Pfizer internal & Zuellig to meet tender submission deadlines
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree or higher in Pharmacy • Working experience in government hospital tender and/or regulatory and/or customer-facing role • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills • Good command in English • Ability to work under pressure with high sense of responsibility and urgency
