The Process Engineer / Production Engineer at PJ Chonburi Parawood Co., ltd. will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.
This position will report directly to the PE Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, machine improvement, OEE, production management, and a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Design and implement production systems and equipment to meet quality and production goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment to ensure proper implementation
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes
• Participate in new product development projects to ensure manufacturability and scalability
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all production activities.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in process engineering or production engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
