The Procurement Operation Senior Specialist will manage Raw Material Operations activities for Thailand and plants in South East Asia (SEA), working closely with Raw Material Sourcing team through supplier management and team interaction to meet business needs.

• Align SEA RM sourcing strategy with RM sourcing team, key stakeholders, and lead the team to drive for the strategy implementation. • Evaluate RM supplier performance. • Manage tail spend together with SEA distributor team and supply chain team for cost and supply. • Develop innovative sourcing approaches using Cost Value analytics. • Support on New Product Development, RM sourcing for localization project, new business. • Support on ISO audit, identify & schedule the vendor onsite audit, RM Claims discussion against vendors, Follow up with supply chain/SBUs on latest RM forecast, keep sourcing team updated for volume allocation and price negotiation, Communicate respective category on potential shortages/ allocation to SC, support on RM shortage issue against SC request, new RM vendor setup and maintenance - Liaise with vendors on supporting documents collection, Approve Raw Material PO, Blanket Agreement, Contracts, Supplier payment: Invoice price matching and support on vendor payment queries, Other job assigned by management.

• Education: Bachelor or above majoring in chemical is preferred. • Languages: Fluent in both oral and written English and Thai Language. • Working experience: 5+ years relevant to purchasing, sourcing, supply chain. • Strong business acumen, Excellent interpersonal skills, able to drive team engagement, Strong influencer, Ability to manage the expectations and conflicts, Ability to be agile in change management and transformation. • Work proactively & independently and competent in trouble shooting.
