1. Cooperate with tooling team for tool request follow production plan and solve the quality issue
ประสานงานกับแผนกแม่พิมพ์สำหรับการเบิกแม่พิมพ์ตามแผนการผลิตรวมถึงการประสานงานเพื่อแก้ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
2. Cooperate with QC for first part release and solve the quality issue
ประสานงานกับแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพสำหรับการอนุมัติเริ่มผลิตและแก้ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
3. Summary daily report output , downtime and quality defect record
สรุปยอดผลิตประจำวัน จำนวนชิ้นงานดีที่ผลิตได้ จำนวนชิ้นงานเสีย เวลาสูญเสียรวมถึงปัญหาด้านเทคนิค และปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
4. Injection process troubleshooting online to achieve daily output, OEE, productivity, quality, delivery
แก้ไขปัญหาในสายการผลิต เพื่อให้ได้ยอดผลิตตามแผนการผลิตที่วางไว้
5. Process parameter and machine daily check and record
ตรวจสอบพารามิเตอร์และเครื่องจักรตามมาตรฐาน และลงบันทึก
6. Support machine preventive maintenance activity
ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาร่วมกับช่างซ่อมบำรุง
7.Perform mold change model and color change follow production plan
ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแม่พิมพ์ เปลี่ยนรุ่น และเปลี่ยนสี ตามแผนการผลิต
8. Refill plastic resin and masterbatch follow prodcution plan
เติมเม็ดพลาสติก และเม็ดสี ตามแผนการผลิต
9. Control safety and 5S in shop floor and material room
กำกับดูแลเรื่องการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความปลอดภัย และ 5ส ในสายการผลิตและห้องวัตถุดิบ
10.Perform additional assign task from supervisor
ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติมจากหัวหน้างาน

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขางานฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก / แม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก / เทคนิคการผลิต และสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถปรับฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติกได้ / ใช้เครื่องฉีดพลาสติกได้ / สามารถติดตั้งแม่พิมพ์และ set up ได้ / แม่พิมพ์ระบบ hot runner ISO14001, ISO9001, BRC มีประสบการณ์ในการปรับฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติกอย่างน้อย 5 ปี สามารถเปลี่ยนแม่พิมพ์ ติดตั้งแม่พิมพ์ และ set up condition ได้ ใช้เครื่องฉีดยี่ห้อ Sumitomo, Engle , Netstal จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
