The Senior/Assistant Sales Manager (Solar Cell) is responsible for achieving the company's annual sales budget, developing business strategies, leading marketing activities, managing large project tenders, and providing market insights to drive product development.

• Accountable for company annual sales budget of his products, including direct sales and indirect sales. • Business Development; develop strategies/direction to grow up business, establish sales channels, analysing potential partners, define product, price and promotion strategies. • Plan and Conduct Marketing activities; product presentation, product demonstration, exhibition, developing catalogues & product sales sheet & marketing tools. • Lead on large project tender; review tender specification and commercial term, ensure the quality of quotes with right solution and cost effectiveness. • Communicate market situation and opportunities to NPD/Engineering and provide direction to the NPD to develop the competitive products and meet market requirement. • Create Customer data base / Increase market access. • Market Intelligence / Competitor analysis. • Project coordination with Customer and Production to ensure OTD.

• Bachelor's degree in any fields or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering background will be a plus. • 3+ years working experience of sales in Solar industry. • Strong in Technical knowledge/expertise, fast learner and adaptabilities. • Initiative, enthusiasm, Teamwork qualities. • English communication is necessary. • Able to travel abroad.
