The CQA Engineer will be responsible for communicating with customers for quality activities and improvements, as well as ensuring quality improvement for MP projects.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Communicate with customers for quality activities and improvement, including RMA improvement, customer complaints, and ECSS improvement
• Conduct new project readiness review, gating review, and complete OOBA SIP
• Align inspection criteria with customer
• Ensure quality improvement for MP projects
คุณสมบัติ
• 3+ years of experience in CQA or quality engineering
• Familiarity with quality tools and knowledge
• Ability to communicate in English orally
