The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for implementing production plans, improving process capabilities, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Implement the production plan to meet the delivery date, efficiency, and quality requirements.
• Formulate the process capability improvement plan and be responsible for promoting the achievement of the goal.
• Review quality problems and seek solutions.
• Improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce costs.
• Implement factory and departmental work plans to achieve performance goals.
• Cooperate with the special education and training plan and departmental work plan.

คุณสมบัติ

• Familiar with Manufacturing process.
• More than 8 years MFG working experience.
• Must be able to speak English-Thai or Chinese-English or Chinese-Thai.
• Management skill and team building ability.
• Master, College degree, High Vocational Certificate. Electrical and Electronic Engineering Related Mechanical Engineering Related.
