The Operations Program Management (OPM) position involves managing project teams, overseeing project development, and leading product transfers for mass production.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage project team to execute operations project effectively and efficiently. • Manage project development for products, follow up product progress, communicate across product lines and department. • Lead products transfer to Thailand for mass production, and assist PM to manage the trial production of new products on site. • Control project schedule, cost and quality to ensure on-time mass production and sample delivery. • Customer reception

คุณสมบัติ

• 2-3 years PM experience in electronics factory, with related industry project management or NPI experience, with cross-plant and overseas transfer experience is preferred. • Good communication and coordination skills, team leadership. • College degree or above, Chinese and Thai language is preferred, proficient in Microsoft office, SAP, SFC system.
