หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1ตรวจเช็คและจัดเตรียมสินค้า เพื่อส่งให้กับแผนกจัดส่ง
2ตรวจรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูปจากฝ่ายผลิต และจัดทำเอกสารรับมอบสินค้าเข้าสโตร์ ส่งฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3บันทึกการเบิก-จ่ายวัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (Stock cards)
4รับสินค้า-วัตถุดิบจาก Supplier พร้อมตรวจสอบก่อนบันทึกเข้า Stock และแจ้งฝ่ายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายให้เป็นไปตามระบบ FIFO
6วางแผนการจัดเก็บสินค้าและวัตถุดิบให้เป็นหมวดหมู่
7ตรวจนับสินค้าคงค้าง (Dead Stock) และส่งยอดรายงานหัวหน้าทุกสิ้นเดือน
8ดูแลอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการทำงาน และดูแลพื้นที่จัดเก็บให้อยู่ในสภาพดี
