HR Training Supervisor position at The Imperial Group (PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization (TNA)
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
• Designing (Creating manuals, guides and other materials), providing resources and adding training programs
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
• Keep up with the latest training trends, innovations, and best practices

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Having minimum of 2-3 years experience in training and development management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (deliver training materials in classes)
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and analytical thinking
