The Senior Specialist IT Support position involves providing operational support for IT users, managing corporate endpoint devices, and supporting backend services.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide dedicated operational support for a broad range of IT users including VVIP within certain locations
• Extend support remotely and/or beyond normal office hours when required
• Provide operation and project support to network infrastructure, CCTV, Data Center, etc.
• Fulfill service requests, resolve incidents and problems for IT users
• Manage corporate endpoint devices and perform software asset management
• Provide support for events or meetings with conferencing systems

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Ten years of experience in supporting end-user computing devices and software
• Exposure to supporting senior management or VVIP users
• Working knowledge of Windows Client OS, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and MacOS
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
