The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the company's business processes, collecting and documenting business requirements, creating process models, and identifying areas for improvement.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Analyse and evaluate the company's business processes and identify areas that need to be developed
• Collect, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users
• Create business process models and opportunities for process improvement
• Identify problems, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and make a business impact
• Create design and function specifications for solutions (wireframe, flow, rules)
• Hold meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Science Information or Technical Information preferably with has minimum of two years of working experience
• Has working experience as a business analyst (especially in the warehouse area or finance area)
• Has broadened knowledge of business analyst
• Expert in warehouse management and project logistics or expert in the finance/banking/insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and good communication skills
