IT Infrastructure & Operation Manager position requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science with over 5 years of experience in managing and securing IT infrastructure at a managerial level.

• Familiarity with the use of frameworks and security standards, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other supporting devices
• Experience in creating and updating IT policies and SOPs
• Understanding of compliance with IT security regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
• Ability to follow the latest trends and threats in IT security
• Managing IT infrastructure projects and evaluating security relationships with IT vendors
• Collaboration with departments to build effective IT strategies
