Legal Translator position requiring translation of legal documents, quality assurance, contract management, administrative support, research, communication, and compliance.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Translate legal documents, contracts, agreements, Tenancy and Lease contracts, marketing materials, business related documents and correspondence accurately from Bahasa to English and vice versa.
• Proofread and review translated documents to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including Tenancy & lease agreements, LOI’s, vendor agreements, supplier contracts, and partnership agreements etc.
• Assist legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, preparing risk memos and contract summary, legal reports and MIS, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and compile data for the legal team and analysis.
• Communicate with internal business teams and external clients, and other business stakeholders in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to ensure clear understanding of legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures, regulations, and deadlines in all translated documents and communications.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in law, translation, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a legal assistant, translator, or in a similar role.
• Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia languages, including legal terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications.
