Project Estimator responsible for analyzing unit prices, preparing proposals, and participating in tender processes.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Make an analysis of the unit price of work
• Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process
• Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers
• Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations
• Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements

คุณสมบัติ

Project Estimator must have:
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prepare detailed proposals
• Knowledge of commercial documents required in tender processes
• Experience in participating in tender meetings and negotiations
• Attention to detail in clarifying quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
