General Affair Intern position involves recording and maintaining company assets, dealing with vendors, providing accommodations for events, handling financial processes, creating reports, and assisting with operational duties.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Recording and maintaining the company’s assets including company and customer data, building, furniture, stationaries, laptop, mobile phone, mouse, etc.
• Dealing and maintaining good relationships with all vendors providing services to support operations and business
• Providing accommodations for all events handled by the company
• Handling transactions and approvals for purchasing, reimbursement, and financial processes in the bank
• Making operational financial reports of the company
• Providing weekly/monthly reports to the Manager/Management regarding assets and operational expenses
• Making event plans for company and employees
• Helping build company culture for all employees
• Assisting with operational duties
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English, Mandarin skills are an advantage
• Required Skill(s): Ms. Excel, Office Management, Computer, Finance, Communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Sudirman, Jakarta
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
