Research & Development Supervisor

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct Research & Development for new products, including fulfilling R&D requests from the marketing department and preparing all necessary documents.
• Optimize, improve, and develop the performance and functions of human resources.
• Provide clear direction to subordinates.
• Report major issues promptly to superiors, and if necessary, discuss with superiors to solve the problems.
• Create and release documents for:
   - Formulas and standard processes to be used for production.
   - Product precalculation for new products.
   - Documents for shipment.
• Implement the Axapta program, which includes inputting raw material specifications, base formulas, dosing formulas, WC & WR.
• Implement the Halal Assurance System in product development processes.
• Monitor the implementation of Stability Study programs for new products and/or products using new packaging or raw materials and prepare adequate reports from the Stability Studies.
• Prepare documents and product samples required for Registration with the Indonesian FDA (Badan POM Depkes) and create ingredient lists & nutrition facts for new product registration with the Indonesian FDA & export destination countries.
• Create SOPs, WIs according to ISO 22000, and monitor their implementation.
• Provide improvement suggestions to the department head.
• Prepare monthly reports to the R&D Manager.
