The Head of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing compensation packages, evaluating existing programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, and implementing new practices to engage employees.

• Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
• Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
• Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
• Preparing budgets, reports, support management and presentations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR functions and compensation and benefits management.
• Experienced manage business sizing: more than 1,000 employees.
• Knowledge of Labor Law.
• Good command of English.
• Attention to detail skill, ability to multitask, and highly organized.
