The Senior HR Officer: Corporate & Professional Academy is responsible for implementing career management, competency, training master plan, and career path development for corporate staff.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Implement career management, competency, training master plan, and career path development for corporate staff
• Execute corporate-related academy strategies and training master plan for corporate staff by consolidating from IDP and other training requests yearly, including budget management
• Develop and communicate process, system, and tools for managing career path development of corporate staff
• Develop the training courses and competency evaluation/assessment in assigned areas to ensure that staff have skills and knowledge fit to their job requirement
• Work closely with HR business partners starting from the classification of job families, and continuing with the development of competencies, of career path development for corporate functions and of the career pathways design in assigned areas
• Ensure the deliverable of Corporate Expert Houses (i.e.; Capabilities development roadmap, Learning solutions, Assessment tools) and process the periodically review for continuously improvement in assigned areas
• Monitor and support to assess the business impact of learning and development strategy and programs in developing organization capabilities to meet current and future business needs

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business, or other related fields
• Professional Certificate in Career Counseling, Career Development, HRD, Course Design, Instructor & Facilitator, for example, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Professional (SHRM CP) are preferable
• At least 5 years of experiences in HRD, L&D
• Has knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
