• Manage all Preventive Maintenance tasks of buildings & utilities with high quality within a suitable time.
• Perform Breakdown maintenance for utilities and reduce equipment failure duration.
• Identify new work as a consequence of breakdown repairs and complete preventive work.
• Initiate and improve machines to prevent and reduce number of the machine breakdowns.
• Manage and control tools, spare parts and consumables for maintenance activities.
• Look after and ensure the working area, machines, equipment are in 5S standard.
• Install and start up new machines/equipment in the plant and supervise the contractor to do the work to meet production requirements and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the subordinates to provide proper preventive maintenance, and work under safe conditions.
• Lead and support cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, SHE and Quality.
• Manage and promote energy-saving programs to meet requirements of the department regarding alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experiences in Building & Utilities functions with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities. Well understanding of engineering drawings and principles. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong troubleshooting and good knowledge in CNC, PLC. Familiar with power drives, hydraulic, pneumatic and utility plants. Experiences in managing an energy-saving program. Good command in English. Able to work at AMATA CITY Rayong.
