The Operation Supervisor NPI is responsible for leading New Product Introduction projects, managing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead NPI project under operation area to meet deliverable KPI with improvement from current process concern.
• Manages the component machining to assure required quality and productivity levels and to meet production schedules, cost and quality targets under NPI project.
• Responsible for the implementation of appropriate activities to optimize manufacturing process parameters to ensure productivity and quality are met or exceeded.
• Develop, analysis, implement, and maintain budgets for all costs for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with other function to ensure that NPI launch on the shop floor follow Master plan in each phase.
• Lead and implement manufacturing processes (Man/Machine/Material/Method) and workflow layouts based on customer requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 5 years or more Production Supervisor position.
• Experience in Manufacturing is required.
• Able to support shift work.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good leadership, teamwork and good human relation skills.
