The Process Engineer will be responsible for new project introduction, continuous improvement, and preventive/corrective actions for responsible programs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Continuous Improvement project, VA/VE to improve productivity.
• Problem solving on non-conformances, including corrective/preventive action.
• Integration of 5S and Lean into Operational Environment.
• Co-ordinate with Maintenance Team to establish appropriate PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedule.
• Analysis and control Autoclave cure parameter, performance and relate program including coordinate with Engineering for adding new program parameter.
• Establish and maintain PFMEA.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
• Working Experience at least 5 years.
• Experience in operational/manufacturing background, Lean and 5S background is highly appreciated.
• Good command in English, understanding, writing and speaking.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking and project management skills.
