This role is focused on the routine delivery of operational plans and to empower the teams to take ownership of issues, using performance management and continuous improvements to ensure team consistently achieve and then exceed target KPI’s Working closely with Area Team Leaders, Maintenance Team Leaders, Manufacturing Technicians and Team Members to achieve flexibility and maximize productivity. Liaising with support functions to ensure effective communication and priorities are met.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Quality: Ensure GMP compliance and timely, accurate completion of batch documents
• Customer Service: Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly MPS targets
• Health & Safety: Raising awareness and behavioral safety standards through effective coaching
• People Labor: Ensure area manning levels are achieved through optimum performance of team members who are monitored against daily targets which are in line with 1 to 1 matrix/objectives
• Plant: Run all equipment ensuring performance within validated settings on quality and output and deliver changeovers and PM’s as required. Ensure that all critical equipment is monitored through correct condition monitors
• Materials: Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained and waste levels are minimized to achieve area Targets
• Training: Responsible for ensuring all team members have completed their training package to run their area to the required standards of quality, productivity, and CI. Empowerment of teams to run as “stand alone” operations in the absence of a Crew Leader using core values as benchmark for behaviors
คุณสมบัติ
• Academic requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacist
• Work experience requirements: Relevant experience as production supervisor from Pharmaceuticals or FMCG business at least 2-3 years
• Excellent team working skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills, with an ability to see potential problems early and build in suitable contingencies
