Supply Category Manager at Reckitt in Chon Buri

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plan and oversee the New Product Introduction process from inception to market launch, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the R & D, Operations, Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Preemptively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Champion productivity and continuous improvement, applying advanced analytics to sharpen our manufacturing processes.

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven success in product development and adept project management, with a history of meeting deadlines and budgetary targets.
• Expertise in a variety of manufacturing and welding processes, including TIG, MIG, and automatic welding, along with familiarity with machine shop tooling and CNC operations.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in guiding cross-functional teams in a complex organization.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and an appreciation for end-to-end product development cycles.
• Practiced in communication and relationship management, capable of building partnerships across business units.
