The Operations Planning Manager will be responsible for managing GFST business operations and operational processes, as well as developing new projects to expand business opportunities and revenue.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage and ensure Sub-Dealers have adequate credit line and collateral
• Manage credit risk requirements and renewal schedules with John Deere Asia, Sub-dealers, and Vendors
• Monitor Order to Delivery processes
• Review overall operational processes and explore improvement possibilities
• Update and maintain OEMs, Sub-Dealers, and Vendor accounts
• Generate business KPI reports, monitor sub-dealer performance, and work with management for business enhancement

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in Operations, preferably in automotive or agricultural industries
• Track record of operational excellence and results orientation
• High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Business level of written and spoken English
