The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for aftermarket and associated businesses related to spare-parts, service, and training, focused on Agricultural vehicles and machinery.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manages the relationship and customer experience strategy for dealers in the network.
• Initiates and manages consistent and well-understood process to identify and communicate dealers’ pressures, plans, and problems.
• Communicates and collaborates with internal support teams and customer’s third-party advisors to develop unique solutions to customer requirements.
• Facilitates regular dealer review meetings.
• Updates and retains relevant dealer information, insights, and plans in the customer relationship management system.
• Monitors and provides timely communication of competitive activity to management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or the equivalent fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in automotive and agricultural industries.
• Strong understanding of dealership management, agricultural equipment desirable.
• Experience with, or detailed understanding of, managing dealer networks.
• Good at computer literatures: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
