หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• เป็นผู้นำทีมและขับเคลื่อนทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI ที่ตั้งไว้
• จัดเตรียมดูแลเครื่องจักรก่อนจะเริ่มงาน
• จัดสรรกำลังการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามหลักพื้นฐานการทำงาน FIFO, 5ส, ระบบคุณภาพ
• การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• อนุปริญญา (ปวส.) สาขาเทคโนโลยีการอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ (Mold & Die), ไฟฟ้า, ช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปี ในกระบวนการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
• การเรียนรู้เชิงรุกที่ดี, การจัดเวลา, การสื่อสาร, และทักษะขององค์กร
• มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการร่วมงานและสนับสนุนทีมงานในโครงการพัฒนาขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ต่อเนื่อง
