The Precision Tooling Engineer will lead and coordinate within Precision Machining Workshop to ensure new mold tool, insert spare parts, and fixture are produced on time and within quality standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead and coordinate within Precision Machining Workshop to be ensured new mold tool, insert spare parts and fixture produced on time and within quality standard.
• Molding tool manufacturing process optimization e.g new spare parts making, repair and new jig & fixtures
• Manage and organized training for our associates in Mold tool repair process expert activities
• Lead the team on technical best practice and establish quality standard for tooling making
• Material, Standard part, tooling and equipment planning, to be ensured availability of consumable supply for mold and insert spare parts making process.
• Cooperate with lead plant with mold tool, new spare part, repair for process concept
• Support and coordinating internal audits and external to established schedule.
คุณสมบัติ
Educational Background
• Bachelor or relate graduation with Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mold & Die engineer
Qualification
• Previously experience in mold/tooling design is an added advantage
• Good communication and organization skills
• Knowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, wire cut, grinding, laser welding, new insert spare part making, mold tool repair process, material of engineering, mold standard part, jig & fixture making process
• Able to us 3D NX, CAD/CAM, Solid work, Inventer
• Knowledge for ISO 45001, ISO14001 IATF 16949, KPI tree, Utilization
• Able to use Microsoft office
• Root cause analysis and Problem solving
