Project Manager position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project scope and customer requirements in alignment with Bosch organization
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and work packages and assigning personnel to phases and work packages
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions and reporting to BU / BaP/LP / Bosch Sales or directly to customer

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Engineer and Industrial Engineer or related field
• Experience in project management or production shop floor leadership role at least 2-3 years
• Good command in English
• Good computer skill such as SAP and MS Office
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
