• Organizing of production equipment and tools according to BOSCH-Standards
• Leading of teams in an international production network
• Time-, cost- and quality-management
• Shopfloor organization and ramp-up planning
• Secure compliance with BOSCH-internal and national regulations
• Manage improvement and ratio projects
• Transparent documentation (audited)
• Regular reporting to higher management

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's or master's degree with Engineering background or related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in manufacturing series production in automotive business for > 5 years
• Experience in relocation of machines, lines and equipment
• Project management experience > 3 years, willingness to travel overseas, problem-solving methods
