The Recruiter (Contract 6 months) will be responsible for candidate application management, conducting interviews, direct search, recruitment measures, and personnel marketing activities for Hemaraj Plant.

• Personal responsibility for implementation of the complete candidate application management
• Perform phone prescreening and F2F interviews, make decisions, handling for hiring process & Onboard Documents
• Direct search via job boards, job portal, social media platform etc.
• Development and propose new target (KPI) on recruitment measures, also perform monthly monitoring
• Implementation of Personnel Marketing activities and Talent acquisition for Hemaraj Plant (management trainee program, scholarship, university collaboration, etc.)

• Has experience in recruitment and welcome for recruitment agency company
• Knowledge of online recruitment platform will be advantageous
• Good in communication skills, negotiation, coordinate with cross functions
• Able to use computer and computer program fluently
