The Sr. Project Engineer at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will be responsible for developing project objectives, determining project responsibilities, controlling project costs, and ensuring project execution according to relevant Bosch standards.

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project scope and customer requirements in alignment with Bosch organization
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and work packages and assigning personnel to phases and work packages.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions and reporting to BU / BaP/LP / Bosch Sales or directly to customer.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineer and Industrial Engineer or related field
• Experience in project management or production shop floor leadership role at least 2-3 years
• Good command in English
• Good computer skill such as SAP and MS Office
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
