This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and highly experienced Purchasing Specialist.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborate with multiple vendors
• Sourcing from local Thai suppliers, Chinese suppliers and also other overseas suppliers to determine the most beneficial purchasing sources
• Evaluate purchasing options based on price, quality, delivery, and other relevant factors
• Prepare decision summaries for management
• Conduct multiple purchasing projects and activities at the same time (project follow ups / direct material tracking / coordination between Purchasing and other departments)
• Create RFQ documents and specifications for parts to procure, with support of the engineering team
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors to finalize quotations, specifications and related documents
• Support other team members in their learning process to become more skilled in procurement tasks
• Perform cost scenario analysis and benchmarking
• Follow up with QA to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in any other task assigned by your superior and support team.
คุณสมบัติ
• Thai national
• Minimum of 5 years direct purchasing experience in manufacturing (high experience is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing from China (high experience is an advantage)
• Good command of Spoken and Written English
• Chinese language (Mandarin) skills would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge in cost analysis, purchasing skill, negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Materials Engineering or related Engineering fields
• Analytical skills
• Well organized and able to prioritize work and tasks under pressure.
