The Senior Finance and Accounting Officer will act as a business partner to the Business Unit Production Manager and be responsible for cost analysis, inventory control, budget exercises, and financial performance reporting.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Acting as a business partner to the Business Unit Production Manager
• Conducting cost analysis, target costing, margin analysis, and tracking of cost of underlying activities
• Performing inventory and standard cost accounting and control
• Participating in annual budget exercises focusing on operations
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly plant’s operational and financial performance reporting
• Continuing improvement efficiency on Finance and business process, automate system to optimize finance process to reduce manual work
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing companies with Cost Management, Financial planning, and Data analysis
• Good Microsoft Excel analytic skills
• Experience in Oracle would be advantageous
• Proficient in spoken and written English
