Senior Special Process Engineer - Painting responsible for development, process control, and production write-out for various processes including Plasma spray, TIG Welding & Heat treatment, as well as managing paint equipment troubleshooting and process control.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• In charge of development, process control, and production write-out for Plasma spray, TIG Welding & Heat treatment
• Develop, implement, and maintain Paint PFMEA and control plans for powder coating and wet paint processes.
• Assess/analyze current processes and drive improvement projects for Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.
• Work cross-functionally with paint suppliers/peers on proper material specifications
• Develop and implement training programs for painting technicians & sprayers.
• Lead, execute, and manage process improvement projects using Lean, and Six Sigma techniques and tools to achieve process yield, cycle time reduction, and productivity.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree in Chemical, Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paint and special process engineering.
• Familiar with spray gun system, pre-treatment, paint booth, and curing oven temperature profiling.
• Able to read and interpret customer process and material specification, and translate the requirements to work instruction and documentation.
• Knowledge of CAD modeling software such as Solidworks will be an advantage.
