The Manager, Head of Consumer Experience will be responsible for leading and managing the consumer journey on Samsung.com, as well as working on website performance, data security, and SEO strategy.

• Leading and being master of Samsung.com Consumer Journey.• Consumer journey design based on HQ / Product guideline.• Customized web design based on user / visits / consumer group for better engagement.• Analysis and monitoring performance of each websites and create improvement strategy.• Need creative idea for better consumer experience and need strong Drive in order to make things happen.• Work with HQ and RHQ for new innovative project on website.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum of 10 years of experience on customer experience, e-commerce platform management related job with strong understanding of latest technology.• Understanding of SAMSUNG product will be preferred.• Understanding of End-users is a must and must be flexible to engage to each generation.• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.• Great interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
