The Manager, Strategic Partnership is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing strategic plans, managing relationships, negotiating agreements, and evaluating performance.

• Identifying & pursuing partnership opportunities with new potential & existing partners.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy & plan aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Managing & enhancing relationships with key decision-makers at new & existing partner organization.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment & successful partnership initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end internal & external process to execute the partnership campaigns with all stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic partnership management, preferably in or strategic partnerships role; either corporate or retail experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives that drive business growth.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify & develop opportunities with negotiation skill.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills.
