The Senior Manager, Head of CE Retail Operation Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores or chain, driving business growth and ensuring excellent customer experience.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct performance analysis; sell out, growth, ROI. Report those to all relevant stakeholders, and drive improvement actions. This includes qualitative checks e.g. market visit report, sales results, best in class consumer experience in stores. • Create strategy that drive sell-out to for sales performance growth in each channel and accounts. • Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting, Market sensing, Situation analysis and trends. Efficient communicate that enable to drive productivity. Consistency report & communicate to stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal BU and Work with Partners and other’s stakeholders to drive best practices in Field Force Management. Excellence demonstrates in the efficiency and effectiveness of field execution. • Develop and refresh documentation, checklists, and materials that field force can use to enhance stores execution and deliver great stores shopping experience. • Review and update Promoters performance and field force performances. Ensure they deliver performances as assigned tasks.

คุณสมบัติ

• Master’s degree or higher. • Must have 10 years and above of management experience in all aspects of retail, product management, trade/ channel marketing in related industries or other competitive companies. • Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage in retail management such as driving sell out, increase in-store share. • Solid experience in a fast-paced in Sales & Marketing or Business Development. Having background in General trade or Key Accounts channel management from FMCG or Consumer Electronics business. • Mature with strong business acumen and well organized. Self-motivated with high degree of initiative, detailed and result-oriented.
