The position of Strategic Sourcing involves developing competitive electronics component suppliers for Samsung products, driving cost efficiency, introducing new technology, conducting supplier audits, and gathering market information.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Source and develop competitive electronics component suppliers for Samsung products such as TV, mobile, home appliances, etc.
• Drive cost down and control cost efficiency to ensure competitiveness.
• Organize sourcing fairs, conduct supplier meetings, and create supplier database.
• Source and introduce new technology for development.
• Conduct supplier plant audits and assess supplier capabilities.
• Gather information on market trends, suppliers, and economy.
คุณสมบัติ
• Management experience with at least 5 years of sourcing experience, preferably from a multinational company or electronics business.
• Familiarity with electronic component suppliers and market in Thailand.
• Good technical knowledge of consumer electronics products.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-cultural/function teams.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
• Fluent in English and Korean is an advantage.
