The Electrical Commissioning & Maintenance Contractor will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, defining technical requirements, installing electrical equipment, ensuring safety standards, managing project requirements, and reviewing project proposals.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborating with Construction, QA/QC and Owner’s for electrical installation & Commissioning, Maint’ work.
• Define the technical requirement are as per the specification, drawings, execution plan and ITRs while executing the job, Installation of Electrical equipment, JB’s Field Panels as per the Hazardous area specification.
• Ensuring, Monitoring and Summarize the inspection and test report for Pre-Commissioning of,MSR (Motor Solo Run Test).
• Substation Equipments including Protection relay of Switchgear Panels.(Transformers (Up to 33kV), NGR, Generator, HV/LV Switchgears, MCCs, VSD Panels, Soft Starter, Power, Lighting Panel Boards, UPS System, Heat Tracing Panels, Fire Alarm Panels, Communication System Panels etc.)
• UPS Charger / Battery & EDG (Emergency Diesel Generator) System
• Earthing/ Lighting system network of substation and process area
• Cable Tray and Underground, Above ground cabling
• Cathodic protection system.
• Communication & PA system.
• Electrical Heat Tracing System.
• IPCS (ELICS).
• Managing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/ materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule
• Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution
• Implementing present construction methodologies & systems in compliance with quantity & cost control standards
• Examine the requirements for the material needed for the sites by liaising with the QA/ QC & Engineering Departments and All electrical systems quantity surveys.
คุณสมบัติ
• Graduate in Electrical engineering with engineering license is prefer
• Minimum 10 year of experience in : Design and Site for Electrical Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance
• Expertise in electrical design, execution and maintenance of plant capital projects
• Proficient in implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards during project
• Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & commissioning coordination with site management activities
• Creative and Multi-disciplinary Executive renowned for swiftly executing projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters
• An effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Familiar in various types of MS, Permits & Task Risk Assessment (TRA) and JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis) for Construction and Commissioning activities for Construction Site and Running Plants.
