• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies tailored for the FMCG sector to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Customer Acquisition: Implement and manage effective customer acquisition campaigns through various channels such as paid advertising, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, etc., with a focus on FMCG products.
• Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior and marketplace performance to optimize the user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Product Merchandising: Collaborate with product teams to optimize FMCG product listings, ensuring they are accurately presented with compelling content, images, and descriptions.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content specifically tailored for FMCG products, including product banner, descriptions, and visuals.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer behavior, specifically for FMCG products. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven Experience in FMCG E-commerce Marketing: 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a focus on Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), demonstrating a track record of driving sales and revenue growth in this sector.
• E-commerce Platforms: Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Line@, etc.), particularly for FMCG products.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, with a focus on FMCG products.
• Analytics Proficiency (Metrics): Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret performance metrics.
