HR Specialist - Data-Driven Performance Management
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Partner with managers to design and implement data-driven performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide insightful feedback to employees.
• Analyze performance data (e.g., productivity metrics, engagement surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement performance improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with HR leadership to explore and identify potential applications of AI in HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement).
• Collect and analyze relevant HR data using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and propose AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Assist with other HR projects as needed.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
