As an HR Specialist - Data-Driven Performance Management, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting employee performance data to drive strategic decision-making. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will collaborate with department heads to develop and implement performance improvement plans and initiatives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the company's workforce is aligned with its overall business objectives and goals.
